To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules during your time with us:
Check-In & Check-OutÂ
– Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onward.
– Check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
– Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges.
Noise Policy
– To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Smoking Policy
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms.
– Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided for your convenience. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs in non-smoking rooms.
Security & Valuables
– Please ensure your room is locked when unattended.
– The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
– Safes are available in all rooms for your convenience.
